@dvinb12345 You can use it. It’s healthy and tasty, it’s just kind of expensive…
@dvinb12345 Thank you for the tip i should try it just as it was done here and skip the salt water technique.
@cloudchaser07 Actually, it’s exactly the opposite. The more water it has, the more oil it’ll absorb.
delicious, thank you thank you… I hated eggplant but after the drained and everything, this dish is exquisite…
@cloudchaser07 Dehydrating the eggplants doesn’t mean that they will absorb less oil… on the contrary they will taste better because in this way you remove their bitterness. If you want them to absorb less oil just dry them with paper very well after frying. Otherwise try to cook them in a oven
nice recipe but id skip the draining of the egg plant, id rather it has some water in it , this way it dos not absorb as much oil when fried.
@pattigirl17 You never use olive oil to fry o.o
I’ve made this a few times, and one thing baffles me. How does anyone leave the skin on the eggplant on? It’s ruined all of my dishes, it’s impossible to eat. It’s more or less rubber in your food.
Oh, nice tip to drain the water out of the eggplant! my mom does this recipe frequently, but the eggplant is always full of water and I HATE it, also she cooks it instead of frying, of course the eggplants will taste better when fried, tough its not so healthy.
My most favorite dish.
this is typically french. its meant to be made with sauce tomate.
@Nadia2015 parmesan is not italian cheese is american genetic cheese. the real parmesan name is PARMIGGIANO REGGIANO !
Sooo, what ever happened to olive oil to fry?!?!
Just put freaking trans subtitles, the voice is annoying and distracts me from watching her cook.
@corrosive33 Does it really matter right now?
eggplant parmasan is sooooooooo gooooooooood, fry the egg plants, tastes way better then oven cooking them, the eggplatns taste better really really mushy, so def bake them for a while, you dont want them hard
and def peel the edges off
and speghetti sauce works FINEE, so easy its kinda like lasagna, sauce eggplant cheese, sauce eggplant sauce cheese
kosher salt?:)
Another great recipe that my wife can cook. Thanks!
this is soo much better than lasagne
No one has a recipe for baking this on top of thin sliced Italian bread in the oven, almost like a pizza.
I love her!
I want to eat this so badly!
LOVE THAT KITCHEN.
those are fat eggplants lol
making this for a family get-together. hope it goes over well!
